Hahn and Associates, Inc. is an environmental consulting firm that specializes in providing complete assessment, investigatory and remedial solutions for problems related to hazardous substances. We are based in Portland, Oregon, and work throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Our staff consists of 15 individuals selected for their expertise in working with a diverse client base on a variety of project types, and also for their experience in relating with the regulatory, legal, and financial institutions that affect the outcome of a project. We have successfully completed over 5,000 projects within the last 18 years.

Our company is composed of two distinct project groups which collectively offer a wide range of environmental consulting services:

• Site Assessment

The Site Assessment Group focuses on Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related site acquisition activities, particularly related to Brownfield redevelopments. The focus of the Group is to identify the actual and potential environmental issues that may be present at a property.

• Site Investigation and Remediation

The Site Investigation and Remediation Group performs a variety of surface and subsurface investigations, underground storage tank (UST) decommissioning projects, hazardous substance determinations, risk assessments (RAs), and remedial investigation (RI) and feasibility study (FS), as well as remedial design activities. The focus of this Group is to achieve the cleanup of contaminated soil and groundwater, as well as regulatory site closure (e.g. "No Further Action" (NFA)), in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
